4.1 Payment Methods
fc999 provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Deposit Limits
Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.
4.3 Withdrawal Process
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following circumstances:
- If the identity verification process is incomplete.
- If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- Due to technical issues.
Withdrawal requests must be made to the user's own mobile wallet account. Transferring funds to a third party's account is not permitted.
4.4 Currency

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
- Bets placed with bonus funds will count toward the bonus requirements. However, wagering calculations may differ for certain games.
- fc999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If misuse of bonus benefits or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
The fc999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold.
Gaming Rules
